1.28" Knob Screen WiFi Test Demo
OpenNextion 1.28" device WiFi test demo, which is used to verify the WiFi provisioning function of the ONX2424G013. Users can configure the network by connecting a mobile phone to the device’s built-in hotspot, while the screen displays real-time provisioning status information.

Getting Started
Preparation
- 1 × OpenNextion ESP32-S3 1.28" smart display
- 1 × USB data cable
- 1 × Windows/Mac computer
- 2.4 GHz WiFi
Before starting, ensure the USB cable supports data transfer and maintain a stable connection between the board and your computer.
Flashing the Firmware
- Click Flash Online at the top of the page.
- Select the OpenNextion device model you are using.
- Choose the corresponding serial port when prompted in the browser.
- Wait for erasing, writing, and verification to complete. Do not unplug the USB cable during this process.
After successful flashing, the board will automatically restart.
Operating Instructions
After connecting to the device's hotspot, enter the screen's IP address in your browser to access the WiFi configuration page, then connect to the desired Wi-Fi network.

WiFi configuration modification: Once the WiFi connection is established, a new IP address will appear on the screen. Enter this new IP address in your browser to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings.
*Keep your computer connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the device.
